Be careful in choosing your DJ! Make sure you know something about your DJ’s reputation. Get together with your DJ and get acquainted! Go over all the details, make sure all of the songs you want played will be available and confirm that the sound system will be adequate. Get all details out of the way 30 days prior to your event so you can relax and enjoy your special day!

All DJs are not created equal and sound systems certainly aren't either.

Shop around before you decide! Don't be fooled by the “silver” or the “gold” and don’t be intimidated by the jargon. There are great DJs.... and great Sound Systems, and that’s very important, but remember having the music you want played, played at your event is why you decided to hire a DJ to begin with!
