Fantastic Emcee

After searching through multiple DJs here is what Larry brought to the table that others didn't. He has a great voice, fantastic MC background, modifies his style to fit the desires of our wedding, and took over many areas of planning we hadn't thought of. For our wedding he played all the right music, did a fantastic job with the microphone, took our guests requests, and was patient when we were running on different timelines. Here is the real truth about Larry...he is an honest person who is excited to do a good job for you. He shows up early, puts in the work, and charges a fair price. If you want something a certain way, Larry is the type of person to enthusiastically support you or recommend something different based on his experience. He will onboard you with all his documents and guides, which can be very helpful. My wife and I ran behind when we were doing different things like cake cutting, and I was worried he might get stressed, but I was wrong. He took the opportunity to meet our guests and confirm the types of music they liked - what an awesome thought. The whole night I knew Larry would be attentive, and that he would do exactly as we instructed him to do. That's exactly the type of DJ we wanted. In the beginning of the night he played the songs everyone could enjoy - even the early leavers. As the night got later he played songs that kept us going. The music got louder and the floor was crowded. Larry did an excellent job of reading our crowd. My wife and I are 25 and trust me, Larry can play all the right songs for our age group and up to my parents age group. Larry is a kind person, and I can tell that COVID is hurting the wedding industry quite a bit. However, I urge you to consider his services. Even if it's for a smaller gathering, family event, cocktail hour, or somewhere that you'd need an MC.

Larry did a fantastic job. He is extremely responsive to emails and phone calls, he is organized, listens to the wishes of the customer, and was respectful. Larry showed up hours before the wedding event started to ensure he was set up, understood the layout of the event (which was extremely unorthodox as compared to many event spaces) and brought enough speakers and microphones to ensure we had appropriate audio and music support during our creaming and reception. Amazing

Larry was amazing to work with! He communicated with often and helped set up an itinerary for certain events through the night. He was on time and ready to go for both the rehearsal and the wedding day! Everyone enjoyed the wide variety in music genres and different dance styles. Especially an impromptu conga line! Flexible & Fun

Wow Larry is a character and a fantastic DJ!!!! Leading up to the wedding he was extremely communicative and helpful. He worked up to the last minute with us as we kept making changes. He came to our venue months before the event in order to see what the site looked like and facilitate our needs the best. He sent us forms to fill out in order to personalize every little thing about our wedding. He went above and beyond to familiarize himself with Jewish traditions that we wanted to include. We used his services for both the ceremony and the party. For the ceremony a family member was playing music and Larry coordinated with them about the exact equipment they needed. He also coordinated with the officiant on mics needed etc. The power went out right before the ceremony and Larry ran his equipment through an electric vehicle. He was so flexible and calm throughout it. As music snobs, we had many specific recommendations and desires for the party that he blended with traditional wedding songs to get everyone up and moving. The dance floor was full all night. Larry also did a good job keeping everything on schedule and announcing everything. He had a great attitude and fun demeanor and was a pleasure to work with overall!
