After many years in the professional DJ entertainment business, it is time to place the microphone back in the stand and enjoy the weekends. As of January 1, 2021 I am retired from DJing. Over the years I have enjoyed performing at many weddings, private parties, corporate events, school dances and more - and have performed at events with a few dozen guests to almost a thousand. My love of music and entertaining audiences has allowed me to make events fun and each one uniquely tailored to the audience. I've been asked which performers influenced me the most. Of course Elvis has, and will always be, my favorite entertainer along with Michael Buble, Neil Diamond and Jimmy Buffett. Additionally, I always enjoyed listening to DJ Casey Kasem of America's Top 40 fame and had an opportunity to meet with him and talk shop. Also admired game show host Bob Eubanks of the Newlywed Game and other TV game shows with his easy going personality, and met with him a few times and talked about the entertainment business. The biggest influence is from the many talented cruise directors and their staff that my wife and I watched during our many cruises. Their upbeat personalities and engaging styles motivated guests to participate in some of the craziest party games I've ever seen, some which were incorporated in to my own events. A big thank you to all who invited me to be a part of their special events. As Jimmy Buffett sang - it's been a lovely cruise.
