At ZRB Entertainment, we have two passions; entertainment and customer service. Our mission is to make your event the best possible. And we will do anything it takes to make this happen. I began my DJ career in 1997, working for a large DJ service in Grand Rapids, MI. While the training and music knowledge received was invaluable, the customer service aspect of the service left a lot to be desired. As my position in the company grew, I tried to bring more and more to the client, and found, without surprise, the customers appreciated it. In 2005, I decided after years of working for the same company, to strike out on my own. I was frustrated with the lack of attention to the customer. The customer became nothing more than a number. I thought that if the customer was willing to spend their money on their special day, it was our responsibility to do anything it takes to make that day exactly what they were looking for. ZRB Entertainment was born. Drawing on my years of experience, I began to offer not only the finest in entertainment, but also the best customer service I can possibly offer. With a non cookie cutter approach to planning, and attitude to match, ZRB Entertainment is now proud to offer our customers the best of our two passions; entertainment and customer service.
