Hey there! I’m Amanda and I’m the artist behind the lens here at amanda.matilda.photography. After moving from Iowa to the Grand Junction area a few years back with my husband Eric and our cat Spaz, I am thrilled to finally find a place that feels like home. I specialize in creating genuine, vibrant, and unique photographs for modern and adventurous couples. I also specialize in drinking chai tea lattes, finding new trails to hike, baking, and watching Gilmore Girls reruns! As an English Major, I’ve always loved stories. I grew up reading like crazy and wanting to be an author, but I’ve found a new storytelling medium and I’m so stoked that this is my job! As a full service wedding photographer in Grand Junction, I offer high end products and wall art for my clients. I believe in longevity — these memories are priceless and should be shared! My albums, canvases, and framed prints are heirloom quality to last a lifetime and more. One of the best parts of my job is getting tear-filled hugs from you and your mom as you end the best day of your life, and again when you hold your album in your hands to relive the day from cover to cover!
