Robin Birmingham is Redding's first woman Master Photographer who is a Certified Professional Photographer with the Professional Photographers of America. To achieve this designation, Robin's images have passed critical judging panels earning high scores to obtain national recognition for their superior quality and attention to detail. She has also passed the educational requirements and comprehensive written examinations that measure technical expertise. This designation requires a renewal process every five years to ensure critical evaluation. Only 3% of the nations professional photographers are certified. She also holds the Active Achievement Degree and has been an active member of the Professional Photographers of the North Valley since 1990. She is a member of the California Professional Photographers and holds the Fellowship Degree, Business and Arts Degree and Service Award. She is also a member of the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International. She has covered hundreds of special events in the north valley since 1989 as well as several other states and has worked as far away as England and Italy.
