Kristen was an absolute dream to work with and exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding photos. From the moment we met her, she made us feel comfortable, relaxed, and genuinely excited about the process. On the wedding day, she was calm, professional, and somehow everywhere without ever being intrusive. The photos themselves are breathtaking—full of emotion, natural light, and beautiful details we didn’t even realize she captured. Looking through them feels like reliving the day all over again. We are so grateful to Kristen for preserving these memories so perfectly and cannot recommend her highly enough.

I hired Avstat Media for my June wedding based on a venue recommendation, and I deeply regret it. From our engagement shoot onward, the experience was disappointing. Poses were stiff, childish, and there was almost no guidance—nothing like what I had imagined. On the wedding day itself, the failures were worse. I received no photos with my mother. There are only two portraits of me in my wedding gown, and my husband and I have just 10 portraits together. Ceremony photos are poorly angled, with shots from the floor, far away, or from the side where all you see are people’s backs. The video looks like it was filmed in the 1980s, with shaky footage, repeated glitches, and angles that miss important moments. I explicitly communicated my preferred editing style via email and was promised it would be followed. The final product ignored all of this. After one re-edit, which again ignored our instructions, we were told that any “proper” fixes would cost more. I was willing to pay for a solution, but even the editor confirmed that the footage could not be stabilized or corrected. Months later, I have found an editor who is managing to salvage some of the material—but there is nothing that can replace the photos that were never taken. Weddings happen only once, and the fact that Avstat Media did not take this seriously is infuriating. Their lack of professionalism has left us with permanent gaps in our wedding memories.

I was recently in a wedding, who used this photographer. She was great! Early, energetic, and really got us going. Even stayed a little later to snap some first dance pictures. Highly recommend!

I recommend 100% Avstatmedia !! From the beginning very professional. Kristen was the photographer at our wedding and the photos are amazing! She was very cool and we felt very comfortable at our event! We had made a folder on Pinterest and the day of the event remembered everything! I would definitely hire them again! Also the photos were entries earlier than we 🙏🫶 expected...

Avstatmedia is top notch, my husband and I couldn't be happier with how the video and photos came out for our wedding. Kristen & Anthony were very responsive and understanding, always answering our questions. We weren't planning on doing engagement photos so it was a blessing that they were included, and we were able to display them during the reception. I had a few edits on the video of the ceremony and they fixed it right away and resent it to me. Super happy, awesome photos/video, communication and customer service. We will be hiring them again in the future.

I wish there was something higher than 5 stars as AVSTATMEDIA fully deserves. I can't even describe how awesome of an experience it is to work with her and her employees. From the initial consultation to seeing your final pictures, she's top-notch. The ideas, the way they talk to you, the suggestions... they all just keep flowing and they listen to your needs too. Plus, they capture the momengts you don't even expect and they are really lovely candids.Those were actually my best ! All the photos are HD and soooo great ! I also loved the fact that during what could be a super stressful situation, they all had a knack for finding a way to make you forget about your worries and feel totally comfortable. The videographers and photographers were beyond 5 star rated ! Thank you so much, AVSTATMEDIA! I definitely recommend !
