Flux VJ

Shane was our DJ at our recent wedding at the Georgetown Ballroom. I can't say enough good things about him. He started us off with a great form to fill out and then followed our instructions perfectly asking clarifying questions and bringing up good ideas we didn't consider. Additionally we asked him to fill in pre ceremony music (light classical), cocktail hour (disco), and dinner (classy vintage music) and he chose a great playlist. He showed up wearing a fabulous outfit and had great equipment. The music he played for the dancefloor was great and he really was able to get a good flow between high energy songs and slower songs to keep the floor busy all night. He was reasonably priced from our research and was highly responsive. Finally we wanted our first dance to be an edited version of unchained melody so it wasn't so long. He edited the song down right to our needs which was just a nice touch. I would recommend him for any and all events! We could not be happier.

Shane was the DJ for our office holiday party and did a great job! He took our suggestions before and throughout the night, made it a fun environment for dancing, and was able to read the room to know what kind of music to play. His set up was professional looking; I was most impressed that Shane had a television to show music videos of what he was playing and even had our logo uploaded to display on the screen. Overall, I highly recommend hiring Shane to be the DJ for your next party!

Shane did an amazing job at our wedding. He went above and beyond! He had great communication and was very detailed oriented, and because of that he really reduced a lot of stress for our wedding planning. He also did a wonderful job mashing up all of our requested songs. Definitely would recommend Shane as a wedding DJ!

Shane did an excellent job as our wedding DJ. Beforehand he was very communicative and his pre-event prep ensured that our night would be very special to us. He was accommodating and flexible throughout the wedding, allowing for live musicians and smooth transitions. He also kept our dance floor alive all night!

We hired Shane for our wedding earlier this month and it was seriously one of the best decisions we made for the entire event. We had a logistically complicated wedding and he worked tirelessly to make sure everything was well lit and mic-ed. Whether it be the live musicians, the toasts, or the dance party - everything sounded great. He also did an amazing job incorporating the song list we provided and mixed everything in a really creative way. In fact the dance party went so well that we had to kick most of our guests out at 1am when the venue was closing down. Would highly recommend Shane for anyone looking to have an awesome experience at their wedding.
