Nick was the absolute best. He met with us before the event at a coffee shop to go over details for my daughter’s sweet 16 party. He was very flexible with our schedule and communicated with us about everything. The kids loved the music he played and he had them all dancing. One of the best in my opinion.

Nick was amazing to work with! Everything went perfect! Nick was very friendly, attentive, and flexible. He was extremely helpful with the whole planning process for not only our music, but the ceremony and reception as well. We knew that we did not want a traditional wedding and he was very open to all of our ideas. The music for our ceremony was better than I could have imagined, a few different instrumental songs from the Corpse Bride Soundtrack were played which turned out amazing. The music for our reception was perfect for us. He was able to play a variety of music from Slipknot and Tool, to Jason Mraz and Bruno Mars, to Flo Rida and the B-52s. We all had a great time dancing at the end of the night! I was able to talk to him over the phone a few times to discuss everything and he was very responsive when texting about the music and any adjustments. He truly did an amazing job with everything!!

Nick was our wedding DJ and he was great! He was very helpful with us every step of the way. My favorite music genre is alternative rock and my husbands is rap. Nick kept the perfect combo of both going all night. His assistant he brought with him was also a photographer and he was so useful at the end of the night during our last dance and exit when our wedding photographers were already gone. Would definitely book with Nick again!

Nick DJ'd at our wedding and he was an absolute dream to work with! With all the wedding details coming to a close, I was very absent minded when it came to the music play list, but Nick stepped in and helped us a great deal. The wedding was a blast. He did such a great job orchestrating our wedding. Very pleased!!

Communication at every stage of the event was excellent. We got to have input on the playlists but he mixed in songs that helped achieve the right mood for the moment. He was very flexible with our timing of announcements and such. Excellent value for the money, many hours of good music for the lowest price we found. Thanks for dealing with the heat and making our reception fabulous!

Nick was very professional. I picked him because of the name and he sure was groovy. I really liked the fact that he had docusign because it made everything easier. He made sure we met several times so we got what we wanted. Everyone had a great time with Kareoke and dancing. I liked that he brought lights to make it more festive. Paying him was easy too. Overall he was great and I recommend him to anyone getting married or having a party.

GSP did a great job meeting with us several times before the wedding to go through all the details and put together a timeline. The music played gave everyone from the kids to older adults an opportunity to dance. We'll use Groovy Sound Productions again for our anniversary party.

What a pleasure it was to work with Nick Z and Groovy Sound Productions. From the easy to navigate personalized playlist to inserting last minute request from family members. He makes his clients, their guests and the experience once to remember. Prior to the event, they checked in with us to ensure that everyone was on the same page - which included "walking us through (in our minds) the entire event. On the day of the event, our DJ was the steady, confident hand that kept the evening flowing smoothly and ensured a thrilling experience for all on the dance floor. I would even go as far to say that he has a subtle way of even prying the shyer elements to join in on the fun.
