We hired On the Mic to DJ our wedding on May 4th. Justin was our assigned DJ, and he was absolutely amazing. Easy to communicate with, very professional and knew how to keep my older crowd on the dance floor. They offer an amazing payment plan for brides on a budget, or needing low deposits. If I ever need a DJ again, I know exactly who I am hiring.

We hired On the Mic for our wedding and I cannot recommend them enough! They were extremely professional, kind, and helpful during the entire process. They also blended in our various music tastes flawlessly. Most importantly for us, they took the reigns on the day of and led the whole show using the plan we agreed on. They took a lot of stress off of us and allowed us to truly enjoy our day. At the start, we worked with Brian to get all the details and plans in place. He did an awesome job listening to what we wanted. He was also very communicative about their services and the process, and the costs were presented clearly. Once we had an agreement, they provided an online portal that was a great place to start making our plan for the day. It really help us to organize what we wanted. Our DJ, Ed, then set up a phone call to go over the plan. He helped organize the timeline so that it made the most sense and gave some great song recommendations as well. On the day of, Ed and Michael showed up on time and got everything set up well before we needed it. During the ceremony they didn’t miss a beat switching between our processional songs at exactly the right time and the audio for our mics sounded great. Moving into the reception, they stayed on top of the timeline the whole night. At one point, we ended up done with pictures almost 45 minutes early and they were super flexible with moving our grand entrance forward. They even went so far as to communicate with the caterer for us, to make sure we could move dinner up as well. Ed checked-in multiple times during the evening to make sure we were doing okay and asking if we need anything, but he wasn’t overbearing at all. My husband loves some pretty heavy metal, and they did an amazing job playing some of his favorites, while also keeping everyone else engaged. We only has about 45 guests, but there still always seemed to be someone on the dance floor. We had so much fun closing out the night with them and they were super efficient with packing up and making sure everything was squared away before they departed.

Absolutely phenomenal! Hiring DJ Ed for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. From the very first meeting, Ed was professional, attentive, and truly understood our vision for the night. He seamlessly blended our favorite tracks with crowd-pleasers that kept the dance floor packed all night long. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, making the reception an unforgettable party. The transitions between songs were flawless, and he even took the time to incorporate some special requests that meant a lot to us. Our guests loved the music! We can't thank DJ Ed enough for making our wedding day perfect. Highly recommended!

Chris was absolutely fabulous for our reception! He made sure the night ran so smoothly and pulled everything together! I never wanted to leave the dance floor! And I generally do not enjoy dancing, so that was a pleasant surprise. Thank you so much Chris for guiding us through everything and especially your patience with us while we struggled to pick songs! He was nice enough to put together some song list ideas that really helped us out. Bri was also there for our big night running the Photo Booth and she was great at explaining the process to our guests! She also made sure to grab us so we had our own Photo Booth strip since we were busy dancing/mingling. We really appreciated the consideration!

Chris did such an amazing job DJing our wedding! We loved everything about On the Mic Entertainment- they are affordable, they are flexible, have great communication, they have quality equipment, very kind, and they a great job with the playlist! Chris did such a good job taking our “must play list” and catering the music to similar genres! We liked every single song that was played! Us and our guests had a great time dancing the night away! Thank you so much, Chris, for making our night unforgettable!

We had Ed and Jordan for our wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! They kept our guests on the dance floor for hours and we even asked them to stay for an additional 2 hours because we had so much fun. We gave them a short list of songs we liked and they absolutely matched our style of music. The online portal for song requests and do not play requests was so easy to use and very helpful! We also used the Photo Booth and our guests loved it. We loved looking at all the pictures they gave us in a photo album the next day and will cherish this album for years to come!

Ed was the best DJ we could have asked for. He hit every music cue we wanted. He got people dancing and took all the requests people wanted. We trusted him to chose our last song of the night and people enjoyed it so much, they were wanting more. I have had multiple people say they loved our DJ and we agree! Would definitely recommend On the Mic, especially Ed.

We had Devin for our wedding 09/28/2024 (Yesterday) and I’m already so quick to leave a review!!!! He was absolutely amazing through the whole planning process and made all of my visions come to life. He knew the exact way to get the crowd involved and everyone loved him, not to mention he was so incredibly nice and respectful! I would highly highly highly recommend on the mic entertainment to anyone, especially Devin!!

Brian and his team were absolutely amazing to work with! Brian was supposed to be our original DJ, but sadly he ended up sick that day. He communicated with me the day of and made sure I was informed of everything. He sent two of his guys, Alex and Michael. They were absolutely amazing and were so fun to talk with all night. They kept the dance floor going but also played all the songs we requested. Brian does an amazing job and I highly recommend booking him for your event!!!

Justin was absolutely amazing. We connected very well with him and he took the time to get to know us. Our caterer gave him a hard time about something that was completely out of his control and he handled it very kindly and professionally. Devin was our DJ and he was amazing! I had full confidence and was in wonderful hands. He kept in contact before and during the wedding on how the timeline was going to go and it was one less thing to worry about. We had a great experience with Ed @ On the Mic for our July 20th wedding! Our wedding had some unique challenges, as we blended in Iranian/Persian music and some Iranian wedding dances (such as the knife dance). Ed took the time to understand the dances, met with us to thoroughly go over them, and executed them to perfection. We had some traditional Iranian dancers as well as the Persian Knife Dance and they were really the highlights of the night! That was our biggest concern going into it was not hiring an Iranian DJ that was familiar with the music and traditions, but it didn't matter at all! It was a perfect blend of Western and Persian music and people were engaged on the dance floor the whole night. The uplighting was also phenomenal, and we would have really regretted not purchasing the lighting.
