Ultimate Entertainment

We used Ultimate Entertainment and they were amazing to work with both this past weekend and leading up to it!! They communicated great through email and I was able to call them if I had additional questions. Their wedding planner on their website is very easy to navigate. Our DJ was Rodger and he was amazing! He checked in with me and my husband often, whether it was the order of the events or how the music was. He was great!! The whole night was amazing and again, it was so great working with them!!! The process was very smooth and easy to work with! Ultimate entertainment is very professional and friendly and we remained in communication throughout the whole process which put me at ease! They provided music & sound for our ceremony and i received endless compliments on the quality of the sound, especially for being an outdoor wedding, I was extremely impressed! We did our own vows and that was something I wanted to make sure was heard well and they knocked it out of park. Our DJ was Tim Greenwald and he did an exceptional job. Played our favorite songs, made the day about us, and made everything go smoothly! Couldn’t recommend this company enough!!

Sean and Holly have been outstanding throughout our entire wedding process. We looked at several different DJ's before deciding on Ultimate Entertainment. From the first phone call I had with Sean, I trusted that they were going to make my wedding day amazing. Their online portal was extremely helpful and made planning a lot less stressful. They both were extremely professional and followed through on each request that we had. Holly was amazing. She made the reception flow perfectly and kept the energy going even when people started to leave. We couldn't say enough great things about Ultimate Entertainment.

I am so happy I went with Ultimate Entertainment as our wedding DJ! My experience working with them was nothing but incredible from the very start. Sean was our initial contact and Mike was our DJ. They are true professionals and I am so thankful to have had them be a part of our wedding day. Having Mike DJ our wedding was an absolute pleasure. From the beginning, he was in regular contact with me, helping me choose songs, come up with ideas, and getting to know me so that he could cater the day to my every want or need. I struggled with choosing songs for certain parts of the day and he gave me a bunch of ideas to listen to and choose from. He also helped me come up with the idea to give my parents their first dance because they never had one at their own wedding. On the day of the event he checked in with me regularly to make sure I was happy with the music selection, the order of events, and just everything going on throughout the day. He made me feel so comfortable and confident that everything was taken care of. We had an absolute blast throughout the day. The music he played was perfect, my guests loved talking to him, and he made sure to play everyone's requests. There was one thing he did though that truly went above and beyond to make the day so special. I had set up a video guest book for guests to record a message for us. During the reception, I checked the camera and saw that nobody had recorded us a video. I was very sad about this and went to Mike and asked if he could make an announcement asking people to use the video guest book and record us a video. Instead of simply making an announcement, he brought the camera around to every single table and helped people start and stop the recording. I had no idea he did this until I went home and watched the recordings and saw that he was giving the camera to each table and heard him in the background talking to someone about which tables had gone and which tables still needed the camera. This meant so much to me, I cannot even express how grateful I am to him for doing that. These are videos that I will cherish forever and I have them because Mike took the initiative to make sure that everyone at the wedding did one. Mike did so much more than just play music. He made the day run so smoothly and made it such a special day for us.

I wish I could give more stars, Ultimate Entertainment was phenomenal from the first email conversations all the way through the last song of our wedding reception! Andrew Kruse was our DJ, and he did an absolutely wonderful job. He was friendly, professional, and everything went smoothly. Not to mention the sound quality and mixing of the music was awesome. Andrew kept the dance floor upbeat and lively all night; we had lots of compliments on how fun our reception was! Throughout the entire process, Sean and Andrew were both responsive, they answered all my questions and went through the event plans thoroughly. The UE online portal was also extremely helpful for planning, I don't know what I would've done without it! I would absolutely recommend this DJ service. You can tell Sean and his team are passionate about their jobs and they give very quality work. If you're searching for a DJ, look no further than Ultimate Entertainment!

Sean was awesome keeping a stressed out bride calm and returned call; emails or text promptly. Rodger Briggs: our DJ did a fantastic job! He kept checking in with us to make sure we were doing ok and things were going smoothly. We were ahead of our timeline we gave him and he adjusted very smoothly. My husband and I are both older (43 yrs old) so we had a bit older crowd then probably a typical wedding. Plus we also had quite a few farmers. So our crowd was dying out early. (No fault of DJ). But majority of my crowd did asked us about DJ since they enjoyed the music. I would totally use them again. It was a perfect night and the music from ultimate entertainment was the icing on the cake!

Rodger was wonderful. He was flexible when we wanted to add an additional speech. Everything went off without a hitch. He kept the perfect vibe throughout the evening. ☺️

Working with Ultimate Entertainment was amazing! Their team is so professional and we loved that they are experts! We were able to trust that they'd take care of everything and it made the wedding planning process and the wedding itself so enjoyable! We would highly recommend them! They helped make our wedding to be an amazing experience!

Our day went terrific. I can't say enough great things about DJ Kelly Martin and Ultimate Entertainment. I really cannot put into words how great Kelly was. He really helped our reception go on without a hitch. He did more than DJ, he stepped in whenever we needed anything at all. He felt the vibe we were going for and our dance floor was packed the entire time. Anything we needed, he was there for us. We've already had multiple people say they want him for their weddings in the future, and I cannot recommend him enough.

All we can say is WOW. Thank you Ultimate Entertainment (Sean and Andrew!!) We were even more impressed than we thought we would be with their service. Andrew and Sara were absolutely exactly what we needed them to be. Andrew kept us on schedule and kept everything fun. He did both our outdoor ceremony and reception. Performed everything perfectly. My wife and I worried a little about having two brides in this wedding, but Andrew and Sean handled it with ease. Our wedding was a dream come true and Ultimate was a huge part of that! Sara also presented us with a graphic of our first dance that was BEAUTIFUL!!! We are so thankful. We will always recommend Ultimate.

Professional, prompt, customer service oriented.

Just wanted to let you know that Ezra did such an awesome job for our son and his wife’s wedding reception Saturday night. I think the dance floor was pretty much filled the entire night. He’s such a nice guy and so easy to work with. I’ve been at 3 dances where he’s been the DJ and each time it was the same way – great songs and kept the dance floor filled. I would highly recommend him to anyone!! Absolutely loved him!!

From the start of wedding planning, we knew we wanted a dance party with all of our loved ones that felt like it could go all night. Andrew (our DJ) made this wish come true, and our guests agreed. We have been told by our venue and other vendors that this was an incredible party, and our guests have even described it as a "lively and raging dance floor" and "SO much fun." The whole planning process with Sean was easy and straight forward. Sean was eager to answer any of my questions, and make sure our night had everything we wanted. My only wish is that the night never had to end.

Mike was an awesome DJ for my wedding. He had a fun attitude and listened to all of my requests and didn’t play anything I didn’t approve of. The flow of the playlist was perfect. There wasn’t a song that seemed out of place. The guests (and me) enjoyed all of the songs and had a blast I would highly recommend!

We were very impressed with Ultimate Entertainment. Sean and Corey were great to work with. They were helpful and attentive through the whole planning process. They have great recommendations even day of to make the event flow perfectly. If you’re looking for a DJ hire this crew!

Ultimate Entertainment was hired for our outdoor wedding this September. Corey did an amazing job with communication beforehand, as well as making sure our ceremony and reception were perfect the day of. I could not speak higher of their services!

The dinner music was very appropriate and kept the guests entertained. Sean was so awesome! He made sure we didn’t feel rushed and checked in on us frequently. Sean was very professional and he played requests. It was awesome! I loved how Sean introduced each event throughout the reception. For instance, the he made a smooth transition from the bouquet toss to the garter toss to the couples dance. He is super funny and made everyone laugh throughout the night. Sean was born to DJ! I am so happy Sean was available the day of my wedding! It was the best day of our lives!

Going into my wedding day I was really anxious that things wouldn't flow smoothly or there would just be lulls in the night, but that didn't happen at all, and I think Tim is a big reason for that. He understood how to keep the day moving and how to fill that dance floor for the reception. I think without him it just wouldn't have been the same wedding. He made it so much better!

Andrew was always involved and onboard with everything. He made sure to communicate with the both of us and was always professional. From the outside looking in you would have thought he had rehearsed our entire day with us over and over again, as it was seamless and smooth through and through.

Andrew was amazing, he hunted down people I needed for photos so we could stay on schedule, he asked us multiple times throughout the night if there was anything he could do for us, dont hesitate to approach him. Absolutely AMAZING!! Highly recommend anyone that is looking for a DJ for their next event! Thank you again for everything!

You guys made wedding planning easy and make a itinerary for the reception very easy. The music played and the helpfulness of Sam made everything go so smoothly and kept it lively. We had so much fun.
