Kristen and Emma were absolutely amazing. Not only did they show up almost an hour early, they helped me with my dress and also entertained my children. I wish there was something higher than 5 stars as AVSTATMEDIA fully deserves. I can't even describe how awesome of an experience it is to work with her and her employees. From the initial consultation to seeing your final pictures, she's top-notch. The ideas, the way they talk to you, the suggestions... they all just keep flowing and they listen to your needs too. Plus, they capture the momengts you don't even expect and they are really lovely candids.Those were actually my best ! All the photos are HD and soooo great ! I also loved the fact that during what could be a super stressful situation, they all had a knack for finding a way to make you forget about your worries and feel totally comfortable. The videographers and photographers were beyond 5 star rated ! Thank you so much, AVSTATMEDIA! I definitely recommend !

Kristen is absolutely amazing!!! Everyone at the wedding LOVED HER and her assistant. They got all of the shots we wanted and more. They really helped make our day special. The engagement shoot she did was equally awesome and I also had her do some professional headshots. She is the best!!!!!

Avstatmedia is top notch, my husband and I couldn't be happier with how the video and photos came out for our wedding. Kristen & Anthony were very responsive and understanding, always answering our questions. We weren't planning on doing engagement photos so it was a blessing that they were included, and we were able to display them during the reception. I had a few edits on the video of the ceremony and they fixed it right away and resent it to me. Super happy, awesome photos/video, communication and customer service. We will be hiring them again in the future.

Kristen was awesome from start to finish. Since our wedding was a destination one, we couldn’t meet any vendors beforehand. She was so responsive through email, text & calls prior to the wedding which eased so much possible stress. The day of, she came early, & just jumped right in & started working. She moved and worked around people & things & took some lovely shots. She was attentive & made sure to capture every moment from our list, plus so much more!! ❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this business! The photographer Anthony and his assistant were incredible! They truly captured all the happiness and fun we had. I am obsessed with ever single picture we got back! There’s not one picture where you can’t feel the excitement and joy. Anthony was so sweet and professional and the turn around period to get our pictures back was super quick! It felt like forever because I was anxiously waiting but it was less than a month and the pictures were stunning! 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Kristen and her team exceeded my expectations for my wedding. Not only is she a talented photographer and videographer, her personality is top notch too. You can tell she wants to capture EVERY precious moment, cares about her clients, and truly loves her job. Because of her, I have hundreds of pictures and an hour and 15 minute video to relive my favorite night of my life over and over and over again. Highly recommend.

I can’t rave enough about Avstatmedia. The first time my husband and I met with Kristen during our engagement shoot, we could tell that she was a warm, friendly person who loved what she did. When it came time for our wedding, she did a great job at capturing not only the important moments but some very heartwarming and funny candids too. They will be beautiful memories for a long time to come. The videos from Anthony were also put together nicely. We were originally told to expect our galleries about a month after the wedding, so we were pleasantly surprised to receive everything in less than three weeks time. I would highly recommended this company to anyone in need of wedding photography/videography.

I hired Avstat Media for my June wedding based on a venue recommendation, and I deeply regret it. From our engagement shoot onward, the experience was disappointing. Poses were stiff, childish, and there was almost no guidance—nothing like what I had imagined. On the wedding day itself, the failures were worse. I received no photos with my mother. There are only two portraits of me in my wedding gown, and my husband and I have just 10 portraits together. Ceremony photos are poorly angled, with shots from the floor, far away, or from the side where all you see are people’s backs. The video looks like it was filmed in the 1980s, with shaky footage, repeated glitches, and angles that miss important moments. I explicitly communicated my preferred editing style via email and was promised it would be followed. The final product ignored all of this. After one re-edit, which again ignored our instructions, we were told that any “proper” fixes would cost more. I was willing to pay for a solution, but even the editor confirmed that the footage could not be stabilized or corrected. Months later, I have found an editor who is managing to salvage some of the material—but there is nothing that can replace the photos that were never taken. Weddings happen only once, and the fact that Avstat Media did not take this seriously is infuriating. Their lack of professionalism has left us with permanent gaps in our wedding memories.
